About
In a development landscape where market-rate and affordable housing intersect, Trestle stands at the forefront, leveraging experience and innovation to create affordable housing solutions that work.
About Us
Trestle Build was founded in 2013 by David Allen, who brings nearly 20 years of expertise in affordable housing finance and policy. In 2019, Rob Morgan joined as a 50% Partner, adding leadership, execution capabilities, and a market-rate perspective from his experience with leading firms like JPI and ConAm.
Together, Rob and David recognized that the financing tools for affordable housing were overly complex and opaque. Trestle was founded to simplify the process, making it more accessible and easier for market rate developers to navigate and deliver affordable housing.
